Wonderland.
After breaking big in Bridgerton, the entertainment world
was Phoebe Dynevor’s oyster. But since leaving the ton
after Season Two, the Mancunian’s appetite has
broadened. A series of left-field indie-driven films—from
psychological slow burner Fair Play to feel-good dramedy
Bank of Dave—have led the 29 year-old to claim her
Inheritance as Maya in Neil Burger’s iPhone-shot
globe-trotting spy thriller. Covering our Spring 25 issue,
she talks the erratic world of acting, the transition from
TV to cinema, filming at the cordoned-off Egyptian
pyramids, and working with a different perspective on
the new Miramax-released spectacle.
