Wonderland.

From Isle of Wight anonymity to spearheading
the indie revival, in just a few years Wet Leg
have become the unlikely heroes of British
guitar music. After breaking through in 2022
with their Brit and Grammy-winning self-titled
debut, the band are back with a line-up change
and a sophomore album, moisturizer, their
second consecutive UK No.1.

The new record is crunchier, razor-tight focused
musically, yet carving a free-wheeling looseness
that feels grounded in a more confident and
rounded writing process that allowed the five-piece
to push their sonic boundaries into punkier terrain.
The now quintet get weirder and wilder, with vocalist
Rhian Teasdale stepping up to the plate to
become one of music’s most enduring
protagonists, all bleached hair and magnetic
sex appeal. Covering Wonderland’s 20th
anniversary issue, the frontwoman meets Ben Tibbits
to talk doubt, fame, and falling in love.
